Nai creates a gentle atmosphere and a sequence that is just the right balance of yin and more energetic possess.

Nai creates a masterfully calming atmosphere. She gives clear directions in a soothing voice.
Vitality Flow
Clear instructions, soothing voice.

Melissa was filling in for Nai. Her descriptions and adjustments were really helpful! The class was tough for a beginner, but not too fast-paced and there were a lot of modifications you could utilize. The yoga is held in a quiet back room, which is nice, and everyone was really friendly.
Vitality Flow
Melissa subbed for Nai today. Beautiful studio, and a nice balance of restorative and active poses.
Vitality Flow
Some of the other reviews said this class is more restorative, but Khaliefs is not! Its an athletic flow with creative sequences but allows for plenty of time to really get into poses. I was sweaty and relaxed by the end. I really enjoyed this class and will be back.
Vitality Flow
Great class with the always fantastic Kiran. Love starting the day this way!
Vitality Flow
Nai creates a peaceful atmosphere with tasteful attention to detail. The studio is intimate and serene. The class tends to veer toward the relaxing and restorative, with a portion of traditional vinyasa sequences to get the blood flowing during the middle.
Vitality Flow
Very soothing voice. I like the way she delays the "s" sound at the end of words. Gives tasteful corrections. Loved the lavender oil.
