Its a fun yet challenging class with appropriate warm ups in the beginning followed by learning a few pole tricks. Melanie is an amazing instructor who walks around the room to give students tips!!

Pole 1 (Beginner) with Nia
This class is a lot of fun! I was afraid it would be intimidating but it wasn't :) Nia is very nice and patient.
Pole 1 (Beginner) with Anna
Anna was a very hands on instructor and made the class feel very welcoming
Pole 1 (Beginner) with Anna
Anna was super awesome and fun
Pole 1 (Beginner) with Bethlayne
Bethlayne was such a great, open teacher! She came up to everyone individually and offered extra help to anyone that needed it. This was my first time at pole, and I had slightly injured my toe/leg a couple days prior; but I was still comfortable doing some of the moves on my other leg. I was initially intimidated to attend this class, but it was a great environment. There's a place to change and store your items. Definitely wear shorts and comfortable clothing.
Pole 1 (Beginner) with Cesar
Cesars class was fun! Only complaint is that the pace of the class is greatly affected by how well or not well others are doing, and I wish we spent a bit more time on flexibility in the cool down.
