How it works

About this class

Our flexibility classes are open to all levels, but we'll work at your individual level. If you’re just starting out, you’ll learn basic stretches for your back, shoulders, and splits. When you're ready, we’ll also do more intense and deep stretches and occasionally take our newfound flexibility to the pole.

How to prepare

Shorts and a tank top are recommend for pole classes. Choreography classes, come in something you can move comfortably in! Clients under the age of 18 must bring written permission from their guardian to their first class.

How to get there

Street parking is limited, but lots of garages within two blocks. The studio is also near many lines of public transportation (8, 30, 45, 12).

All good! Except getting video taped at a fitness class... wasnt expecting that one.

Amazing. This class had opened up a completely realm of range of motion that I never thought possible, no pun intended. As a runner Ive been so stiff for so long- Bethlayne jammed so much hardcore amazing stretching in one hour and Im so grateful.

A really fun, interesting class. I felt welcomed and part of the VRV3 community. It was a really nice way to spend part of my Saturday. Ill be back.

Probably not a good class for beginners or inflexible people. We focused on stretches for the splits which I am nowhere near close to. They had blocks which was nice, but my wrists and shoulders hurt too much from supporting my weight to get a good stretch in my hamstrings/hips. There werent really any alternative stretches offered which was a bummer

What is ClassPass?
