About this class

HIIT (high intensity interval training) includes short bursts of intense activity, followed by a short rest period. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete, this class will challenge you with unique cardio, plyometric, and bodyweight strength moves that will work your muscles in ways they have never worked before. Not only does HIIT cause the "after burn effect" (you continue burning calories and fat even after the workout!), it also improves cardiovascular health and physical endurance!

How to prepare

Cycling: Sneakers or SPD compatible cycling shoes; comfortable clothes, water bottle, towel (available to rent if you forget). We do not rent cycling shoes! Barre: Grippy socks are required -- they're sold in the retail shop or you can rent a pair for $1. Yoga: Bring a mat if you have one, wear comfortable clothing.

How to get there

The studios are located inside the Grant Building in downtown Collingswood -- when you walk in, you'll walk through the smoothie bar/cafe to get to class. The building is between Osaka and Sabrina's. Street parking is available as well as a parking lot behind the building -- if you park behind, there are a couple of walkthroughs on the block to get to the front of storefronts.

What is ClassPass?
