Are you looking to add some serious cardio and conditioning to your exercise routine, but can't stand the boredom of being stuck on the treadmill or elliptical? Unrivaled's rowing classes are for you then! Designed to help increase your cardiovascular output, and burn some serious calories, these classes offer a mix of rowing and conditioning exercises utilizing battle ropes, medicine balls, bosus, and other miscellaneous equipment. Make sure you bring a water bottle because you will need plenty of hydration for this one! Towels are provided. These classes are included in all small group training packages.

How to prepare
Please bring a water bottle and clean training shoes. Towels are provided! When you enter the facility there may be a class in progress. If it is your first time just hang your coat and put your personal belongings in the cubbies located in the front and one of our coaches will be able to help you sign a waiver as soon as they have a moment. The restrooms and water are located in the back of the facility.

We are located about a block west of the Belmont train stop. On the corner of Belmont and Seminary.
