Our kickboxing classes are designed to teach you basic kickboxing techniques and progress to combinations by working with heavy bags or mitts. Awesome instructor (Daniel), great intimate class with challenging moves, full power sweat! So great for a first experience. They have a good thing going and seem to have some regulars that love it! Go!

Great class as usual, even with a full class. I would recommend the studio have water to buy. I forgot my water and would have wanted to buy a bottle.
