Not at all for beginners so disregard open level in description. Often left to your own devices which is fine if you have some background in the technique. Very male dominated.

Was a womens class so timetable had changed without any notification to CP. Poor guy on the front desk must be filling in because he was absolutely clueless and knew nothing

I wish I'd read the comments before going, definitely not for beginners. was quite intimidating. But made it through, probably great if you have experience. would try their female boxing class next time.

Alessandro was an amazing instructor. This was my first ever boxing class and he did a wonderful job explaining the techniques as well as making it a challenging workout. I was the only person there for the 7:10PM class so I essentially got a PT session... how lucky!!

Great workout! They provide gloves but remember to wrap your hands before class. Also, it would be better if you brought your own gloves.
