About this class

An introductory class to BJJ, learn all the basics right here to get you ready for the advanced BJJ players. Beginners BJJ is an 8 lesson course, you can jump in and start from any lesson and will also be given a handbook with all lessons and basic BJJ knowledge and room to make notes on what you have learnt.

Great class with Graham. He and other more experienced classmates give lots of instructions. Good way to try out Brazilian jiu-jitsu if your interested in it. Only down side is that there are no BJJ classes on the weekend. But it was a great class and lots of fun.

What is ClassPass?
