About this class

Intro to Pole Fitness is for the first time pole student, with focus on the beginner basics. You will learn how to properly engage, point your toes and move fluidly around the pole. This class keeps you grounded and engaged slowly building upper body and core strength. Each class begins with a warm-up, stretching and conditioning.

What is ClassPass?
