About this class

This 60-minute ride will take you through longer intervals of single and rolling hills, flat road sprints, endurance pace holds, and high intensity intervals. Modifications for all levels will be provided. Please Bring: Hard sole running shoes or SPD clip shoes and water bottle Optional: Be sure to download the free Stages Flight mobile app prior to class to have your result tracked and saved into your Stages Flight account.

How to prepare

1. Please wear comfortable workout clothing. 2. New students should arrive 10-15 minutes early to get acquainted with the studio. Classes start on time and a strict no-late policy is enforced. 3. Towels, lockers with locks, yoga mats, and women's cycling shoes are provided. Running shoes are also permitted in the cycling room. 4. Bring a water bottle to fill at their fill station. 5. They cannot accommodate anyone who is late. 6. Please let the instructor know of any injuries.

How to get there

Tribe is located on the ground floor at 10 Lower Spadina at the intersection of Queens Quay and Spadina. The 509 and 510 street cars stop directly outside the studio at Spadina. Parking is available at the Shoppers Drug Mart on Queens Quay, next to the Queens Quay Beer Store, or along Rees St.

I didn’t like the class - music was low and it was mainly all sitting. More used to Ride, quad, soul kind of vibe - found it a bit too chill but the instructor was very nice and I like Tribe

All killer no filler. Awesome class for cyclists. No gimmicky head bopping and crotch pounding. Just flat roads, hill climbs and sprints. Also stages indoor spin bikes with power meters kept me honest by not letting up during the class.

What is ClassPass?
