About this class

Do you want to release some stress and tone your arms, hips, waist and glutes? If you do, this is the class for you. This cardio kickboxing class combines dance, kickboxing and kung fu. Imagine J-Lo meets Jackie Chan. This class is similar to Tae Bo, yet provides a much groovier, higher impact fitness program. In this class, you will learn various kicks, strikes and combinations. *Shoes (that are dry) are highly recommended*

How to prepare

Please arrive 15 minutes early to your first class so we have time to set you up for success. We want you to have a great, effective workout. Grip socks are highly recommended for Reformer classes (available for purchase). We provide hand towels, fruit, and cold, filtered water available (bring your water bottle)!. Mats are provided. PLEASE come early. These classes fill up, so after 7 minutes of class start, we may have to give your spot to someone waiting. If you're stuck in traffic, we definitely understand, but please give us a call.

Come with a lot of energy. No breaks, constant movement. It was my first time so I got lost during the routine at times but I still left feeling worn out.

Jaina was asked to fill in, last minute. Great class. I definitely found it challenging. It was a workout that kept my heart rate up the entire time.

Alice was amazing! She had so much energy and had very clear directions for the class! She tired me out and I loved it!

The class was fun and tiring in a good way. definitely felt like a workout. I would've liked some breaks during the session. it was pretty much go go go the entire time. I liked the instructor, she had good energy and was friendly. I think the rooms a bit small for the number of people though, especially for kick moves. I'd come again.
