About this class
• RPM™ is an indoor cycling class based on outdoor riding. You ride to inspirational music over the equivalent of 20-25 kilometers of varied terrain, controlling the intensity of your workout with a resistance dial and pedal speed. (1 hr. format) • RPM™ Benefits Increase your cardiovascular fitness, burn fat and tone and shape your legs, hips, and butt • Increase leg strength and muscular endurance without building bulk. Burn up to 600 calories in the standard format & RPM™ has been proven to burn up to 800 calories in extended format. • Release endorphin’s to give you that natural high and leave you feeling fantastic.

How to prepare
Please arrive early to complete Guest Visit Card at 1st visit! Day lockers, towel service, and other amenities available along with showers, whirlpool, and sauna inside executive-style locker rooms. Healthy Café, Childcare available for nominal charge, Day Spa by appointment.
How to get there
We are accesible directly from Northbound El Camino Real by turning right into our driveway next to Aspirations Preschool. From southbound El Camino Real you may turn left at Town Garden, then immediately turn right on Metropolitan, proceeding straight ahead into our rear driveway. If you travel further south on El Camino Real, you may also make a u-turn at Camino Vida Roble and then turn right into our front driveway.
