About this class

The role of a strength and conditioning is to use exercise prescribed specifically to improve performance in athletic competition. Strength and conditioning also helps athletes with injury prevention and proper mechanics within their sports performances. It is about more than lifting weights – it encompasses the entire development of the athlete and what is needed to improve physical performance. This includes plyometrics, speed, ​and agility, endurance and core stability with strength training being just one piece of the puzzle.

Conditioning Class
Good cardio session, but got a bit boring after the 4th km of rowing. Ill definitely go back again to try another class at the TRAIN.
