How it works

About this class

Total body workout that includes about 30 minutes at the barre, 15 minutes on the mat, and 10 minutes with light weights. Both the mat and barre portions tone, sculpt and strengthen from head to toe. The barre work will especially tone butt and thighs; while Pilates emphasizes core strength. Teacher offers modifications for all levels, beginners welcome!

How to prepare

Make sure your clothes are comfortable and allow you to move and stretch. Dressing rooms available. Pilates, Barre and Yoga are done barefoot, so no special foot gear needed.

LOVED the music choice! Who doesnt want to work out to Blink 182 and My Chemical Romance?? Kara was also very attentive, and knew lots about anatomy (as a nursing student I very much appreciated that!). Love the studio! Great class overall!

What is ClassPass?
