How to prepare

EQUIPMENT IS NOT INCLUDED with your ClassPass reservation. You can rent or buy at the front desk, or bring your own :)

Jamie used the time well. Focus was on cardio rather than strength

This studio has very poor ventilation and should invest in some fans. The workout is very similar to Hit Fit SF

The actual workout is good, but I’m not a fan of the 10 minutes of jump roping it starts with while the instructor is off doing something else.

Luv luv the circuit????
Circuit & Strength with Jamie
Great class! Jamie is tough and makes efficient use of time to get a great intense workout in.

One of the hardest classes on here. Love it . Jamie Rocks
Circuit & Strength with Gina
Most challenging class I’ve been to on ClassPass. The gym feels a little intimidating at first, but the folks that work there are very friendly and helpful. Gina didn’t do much explaining of exercises to the group, but it did seem like she was giving a good amount of 1:1 assistance to people who needed it.

Luv the new way!

Carlos is amazing. This is one of the best, most efficient, intense & enjoyable classes i have taken in all of the Bay Area!
Circuit & Strength with Carlos
Amazing! More intense than any other circuit training I’ve done in the city including Barry’s, Epic, etc.
