About this class

Lower your risk of injury and chronic disease. Exercise can mitigate the loss of strength and functional abilities caused by aging. This class will help you to focus on building and maintaining fitness allowing you to remain strong and active through later life. Focus on areas of strength, mobility & core and muscular endurance. Exercises will be done to the pace of the individual and are all scalable to individual abilities.

IMPORTANT NOTE - as of Sept 20th, 2018 our Classes will take place at our new Park Lawn location. Be sure to check the address and directions ahead of time!!!

How to get there

PARK LAWN - as of Sept 20th, 2018, our new flagship location is located at Park Lawn Rd, just south of The Queensway Ave., north of the Gardiner Expressway westbound on-ramp. We have parking on site and are accessible via the 66B Southbound bus from Old Mill Station.

What is ClassPass?
