About this class

A complete, up beat, aerobic, body workout, fusing the classical Ballet barre and Pilates principles to gain better posture, alignment, strength and flexibility This fast- paced class burns those calories to the beat of great music! It will attack and shape your legs, lift your butt and contour your thighs and arms. This class can include balls, bands and weights. A 55 min­ute class.  No need for spe­cial equip­ment and no expe­ri­ence or dance training needed. Newbies are welcome, try a couple of Barre Attack Beginner classes described in our beginners classes first. you’ll love its energy!

How to prepare

Socks are compulsory and may be purchased at the studio. *NB@theBarre Studios Policy; You may not use @theBarre studio on 'ClassPass' passes if you have already been a passholder or member of @theBarre studios. @theBarre allows studio passes only for new clients as an introduction to the studio. @TheBarre reserves the right to cancel and change teachers, classes, workshops and events without prior notice, teachers may need an emergency covers. Classes are either 45 or 55 minutes. Please arrive 5 minutes early to set up.

How to get there

Please note that @theBarre is on Level 4 of the Dymocks Building above the Dymocks book shop. This is just a short walk from Town Hall in George Street Sydney CBD

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
