How to prepare
Cardio and resistance classes: wear comfortable athletic gear and soft-soled, closed-toe athletic shoes. Yoga and Pilates classes: you are not required to wear shoes during the class but must wear them outside the studio. Lastly, you must show a photo ID to enter the facility.
How to get there
The Ray Meyer Fitness and Recreation Center is located two blocks south of the Red Line Fullerton Stop. The building is located on the on the block next to the University's Athletics building - they are not in the same building.
