Based on sound principles of anatomy and physiology as taught by B.K.S. Iyengar, a strong emphasis on the development of proper musculoskeletal alignments through use of props, enable the systems of the body to function at their best. Promotes union of body, mind and spirit. It builds strength and endurance, increases flexibility, reduces stress and improves circulation, coordination, concentration and balance.

A yoga mat is suggested however the studio has a few loaners available.
How to get there
Upon entering the plaza, the studio is at the far south east corner. They are located in the farthest building between the Karate studio and Alstate office, tucked inside the plaza overlooking a beautiful pond.
