Feel your lower body quiver! We've designed a class that lifts and sculpts your backside, tones your thighs from every angle, and chisels that midsection! Using timed rounds of resistance training, compounded with band work, TRX, and non-stop movements, you will get a heart-pumping, muscle-burning workout! How to prepare

- Please wear proper fitness attire and sneakers. - If it is your first time, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of class. - Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late to class, we will not be able to let you in.

How to get there

We are located at 238 East 75th Street between 2nd and 3rd Avenue. Once you walk up the stairs please buzz the BUZZER ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE DOOR! See you in gym class :)

Amanda was super friendly and paid close attention to her students. P.E. Club has small classes, which is ideal. Would definitely recommend taking a class here with Amanda. I was super sore the next day!

What is ClassPass?
