How to prepare

You'll sweat a lot in our classes, so remember to bring a towel and wear appropriate workout gear that will keep you cool. Bring a water bottle! Training shoes rather than running shoes are recommended Boxing classes - visitors are welcome to bring their own gloves and wraps. We sell both at the gym and have a limited amount of house gloves that students can use at no cost, but we only have handwraps to sell Fitness classes - wear appropriate workout wear, and wear flat shoes New Visitors - arrive 10 minutes early, or may not be admitted

How to get there

We are conveniently located at 1960 Harrison St, San Francisco, between 15th & 16th. There is ample parking available at 15th & Harrison in the UCSF lot (Open to the public).

Instructor no-showed. Replacement instructor tried his best to make the class good, but hes clearly been asked last minute to teach the class at the end of his other class

This class says open level, but you'll have the most productive use of time if you've done lifting before. Jeremy is very helpful and patient regardless.

What is ClassPass?
