Boxing Beginners with Mike
Mike is a great instructor who makes you feel welcome, reviews basics in the beginning, and has you sweating and pushing to the limit for the entire session. Great workout!
Boxing Beginners with Mike
This class is a great, hard workout that leaves me sweaty as hell but really proud of myself. Mike is super hepful.
Boxing Beginners with Mike
This class is so fun! Upbeat, fun, and super challenging (in a good way)!
Boxing Beginners with Valerie
I wouldnt call this a beginner class. Valerie was very helpful with technique but it isnt as much of a workout as Mikes classes and you will be sparring with other people which was intense for newbies like me

Boxing Beginners with Tadhg
Tadhg is great for early beginners to boxing. If you've done a few classes and are familiar with the moves, you'll get bored quickly.
