About this class

Our Athletic Performance program will consist of learning some dynamic movements along with some intense interval training. Gymnastics, metabolic conditioning, and weightlifting are all parts of our program. Each individual will be challenged to develop strength through functional movements. This fat-burning, strength-building program will challenge everyone. Beginners are welcome, and all exercises can be scaled to your ability level!

How to prepare

You'll sweat a lot in our classes, so remember to bring a towel and wear appropriate workout gear that will keep you cool. Bring a water bottle! Training shoes rather than running shoes are recommended Boxing classes - visitors are welcome to bring their own gloves and wraps. We sell both at the gym and have a limited amount of house gloves that students can use at no cost, but we only have handwraps to sell Fitness classes - wear appropriate workout wear, and wear flat shoes New Visitors - arrive 10 minutes early, or may not be admitted

How to get there

We are conveniently located at 1960 Harrison St, San Francisco, between 15th & 16th. There is ample parking available at 15th & Harrison in the UCSF lot (Open to the public).

I was deeply disappointed with this experience. An employee was taking pictures during the class without asking consent. Then the trainer was demonstrating how to do an overhead squat with wrists flexed. When I asked shouldnt it be with neutral wrist, he said no. It isnt safe for the wrists/median nerve.

Super patient (Im in terrible shape) instructor and clear. It was great to see you could adjust the exercise to your fitness level.

I expected much more HIIT style circuits, rather than heavy weight lifting. The trainer was really helpful and hands on!

great instructor. really good class for beginners. it kicked my butt! would definitely take it again.

Instructor was helpful in ensuring good form and weights, but I really didn't enjoy the low energy of a morning class (7am PST). The workout also heavily focused on quads and shoulders only.

very intense and technical, no wonder it's called athletic performance. my body hurt for days afterwards

What is ClassPass?
