How to prepare

Bring a yoga mat and towel and reusable water bottle. If you need to rent a mat or towel we can supply to you a the cost of $2 per mat and $2 per towel. Complimentary water is available as well as bottled water for $2.

How to get there

All classes take place at The Pad Studios at 1694 Union Street. We are located at the corner of Union and Gough, in the bustling Cow Hollow neighborhood. If you are traveling by bus the 45, 47, and 49 lines drop off nearby. If you are traveling by car, Union Street parking is all metered. Travel North or South of Union for 2-hour parking (Monday-Friday). Allow yourself extra time to find parking!

Gillian carries such a beautiful energy that she shares with all of her students in class. She was attentive about my injury and incorporated poses into the class to catered to my bodys needs. She did such a great job at helping us all establish our breath and intentions at the beginning of the practice and she keeps a challenging yet fluid flow throughout the class. Id recommend her to any yogi, beginner or advanced. Thank you Gillian for being so awesome and full of love and light!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
