Lauren is one of my favorite teachers. Challenging class at an ideal pace
Power Hour Flow with Nicole
Nicole taught one of the best yoga classes Ive ever been to. I felt totally at peace at the end of class. I love how she started the class, had a good sweat and then ended. Very inspiring. Thank you!
Power Hour Flow with Nicole
Nicole is a fantastic instructor who kept the class flowing and pushed us, but allowed time to get alignment and form correct. Much more graceful and enjoyable than a lot of the power yoga classes at the Pad.
Power Hour Flow with Bryant
I love Bryant!

Power Hour Flow with Lauren
By far the best class Ive taken at The Pad. Great flow, mood lighting, great way to wind down. Lauren is awesome.
Power Hour Flow with Bryant
The instructor mixed up a few transitions, which isn't a big deal. But I do wish the class would've felt more intuitive, more together with the music, and less forced. But still a great class.
