Mat Pilates classes focus on precise movements originating from the center or core of your body. Working from the deepest layers of muscles, which stabilize and support your spine and pelvis, resulting in a strong, flexible spine with ideal posture and alignment. Classes emphasize the foundational principals of Pilates while offering modifications and variations to suit each students individual needs. How to prepare

Bring a yoga mat and towel and reusable water bottle. If you need to rent a mat or towel we can supply to you a the cost of $2 per mat and $2 per towel. Complimentary water is available as well as bottled water for $2.

Best Mat Pilates class Ive ever taken. Teacher is amazing and very focused on proper form. Slower paced class but you can feel the muscle burn throughout.
