About this class

Yoga Shanti (meaning Peace in Sanskrit) is designed to inspire yogis to find their still point & intuitive essence. Offered as a meditative experience, students will build knowledge of how asanas support the body in its healing, additionally using the benefits of guided mediation, aromatherapy and and rhythmic breath work. What a perfect way to wind down after work. The poses are held for a long duration & the practice is supported, both allowing you to find your way to a deep opening of body, mind & spirit. A signature aspect of this class is that it is led by Neha or Sona. Both instructors provide healing touch, helping you not only find your fullest expression of the pose, but also enabling your inward journey.

Relaxing, meditative, and great for posture and spinal alignment. Very gentle and kind teachers. Since you probably won't sweat, you don't have to bring anything. They have mats and towels.

The instructors were great, the studio is a little unfortunate for yoga since there is just a curtain wall and people in and out talking next to you, but I would come again
