Very slow paced. Not what I typically expect in a vinyasa class but it might be beneficial for people who are starting out.

Really enjoyed this yoga practice with Lihi! Lots of different and new flows then a traditional vinyasa class! Great energy overall, I hope to be back!

Mellow and relaxing. Not heated which I liked. I felt great after the yoga. Recommended for those who are looking for calm and focused yoga practice. I did break into sweat as well!

What is ClassPass?
