Really great class. Loved getting the breakdown of primary series and feeling really strong after class.

Challenging but really lovely class. Matt provides helpful modifications for people who are new to Ashtanga (though this class probably isnt best if youre brand new to yoga). Would definitely go back!

The teacher (Matt) was phenomenal. Easily handled a class with very early beginners through advanced students. Also impressed that he incorporated the chanting and reflective time that is supposed to be am intrinsic part of yoga. Very very good class and might be the reason I finally attend yoga regularly again

What is ClassPass?
