About this class

Unravel from your week, and recharge for the weekend. This practice will start with gentle movement to create connection and space in the body. Yoga will be followed by  yoga nidra, a systematic guided relaxation to quiet the mind and provide deep healing and over time, dislodging of subconscious patterns.

Great class and instructor. A few movements repeated multiple times, modifications offered when needed. The Nidra part was very relaxing.

The yoga and instructor was great. She offered lavender essential oils during the last 20 minutes of the class which was dedicated for meditation. But the other people and classes in the studio making noise was a distraction.

What is ClassPass?
