About this class

A slow to moderate paced class, incorporating breath work and alignment principles with movement, strengthening and in posture work. May or may not include sun salutations. Hatha Flow is a mixture of alignment based Hatha, and flow based Vinyasa.

Wasnt the type of yoga I was looking for. If youre into something slow, mindful and purposeful, then the class might be a better fit

Was very relaxing and rejuvenating session. Started with slow warm up, then to SunSalutations and various fast paced movements. Then we did hip stretch and final Shavasana. 90 minutes did not felt long at all. Entire body felt so good afterwards. Seemed like most of the members were regular attendees to the class who really liked instructor. Definitely recommended.

wow! taylor is the real deal. awesome opening of the whole body, genuine hatha class without vinyasa flow. appreciate the pace and focus on posture!!

Not ideal for beginners as most of the people in the class are regulars so the poses and sequences are not explained in a ton of detail. Taylor is very kind and helps when needed but mostly stays out of the students' ways.

Good for beginners, very gentle and relaxed. It is slightly long, bing water and be sure to have a snack before.

What is ClassPass?
