The class was definitely beginner! Good adjustments and a lot of nuance to the poses, but definitely not intermediate/advanced. Good class and instructor, just not as advertised.
Hatha Flow- Int/Adv with Trishna
Class was listed as advanced and it was taught like a beginners. She spent several minutes describing how to get into each pose- to me this is something you do for beginners. Last ten mins of class which I would think would be cooling and calming we did a random Warrior lunge variation.
Response from the studio:
Trishna was a gracious sub, so it's always hard to know how challenging to make the class when it's not your regular group. Please come back this Friday for the regular teacher!
