Not for me. Mostly restorative. Tiny class yet no adjustments were given. No music.

Was super relaxing and healing. slow paced class so not much of sweat but if you are looking for a class that will make you feel healed and rested, this will be it. Melani provides great attention to detail and helps each student to be in proper form.

We started with quiet meditation, then moved to dynamic flow and then finished with very relaxing restorative yoga. Good mixture of flow and relaxing. Did not necessarily broke sweat but I could feel my body definitely circulating better during the flow session. Restorative yoga was really good and I felt like my body was being healed. Felt very good after the class. It went so fast and did not feel like 75 minutes were long at all. Melanie was super helpful on providing individual attention and correction of the form, showed proper form as well. The studio was very clean, large and nice. Really enjoyed the class.

What is ClassPass?
