How to prepare

Bring a water bottle. Arrive 5 minutes prior to class but no earlier than 30 minutes. Please call ahead to 314.835.6150 if you are registered in a class and will not be able to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class so we don’t give your spot to a drop-in participant. Drop-in spots will be sold 5 minutes prior to the class. Free towel service! How to get there

The Lodge Des Peres is located at 1050 Des Peres Road, 63131. All class participants must check-in at The Lodge Front Desk prior to class. Each participant will be given a class number card to bring into the studio. You will not be admitted to class without it. Hold on to your cards until the instructor collects it from you.
