About this class
Force is a strength class of functional strength movements. It is designed for developing muscular endurance, joint stability, power and strength. A Force class can range from working sets of 10-15 repetitions per minute for three to five minutes per exercise in a circuit style format. The movements are always functional in nature, incorporating strength movements with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags and your own body weight.

How to prepare
*Please bring a towel and water to class. (we also have a plumbed filtered and chilled water cooler for your unlimited use) *Please wear enclosed footwear and suitable training attire. New members must disclose any past or present injuries or illnesses that could affect the individual's ability to perform high intensity exercise.
How to get there
The Hybrid Zone is located on Abernethy road opposite the Belmont Forum, next to Zambrero's. Plenty of parking on site and easy access.
