About this class
Battle is a cardio class consisting of functional cardio movements. It is designed for developing cardiovascular endurance, speed, agility and overall fitness. A Battle class will range from working intervals of 40-60 seconds with 20 second rest intervals. This class is a real cardio battle! The cardio movements are always functional in nature, incorporating plyometrics, body weight, agility and stability exercises.

How to prepare
*Please bring a towel and water to class. (we also have a plumbed filtered and chilled water cooler for your unlimited use) *Please wear enclosed footwear and suitable training attire. New members must disclose any past or present injuries or illnesses that could affect the individual's ability to perform high intensity exercise.
How to get there
The Hybrid Zone is located on Abernethy road opposite the Belmont Forum, next to Zambrero's. Plenty of parking on site and easy access.
