About this class

A mixed resistance circuit class. Combining bodyweight exercises with other specialist resistance equipment you will push, pull, carry and lift your way to a stronger, fitter and leaner physique. Attending Body Strong will increase your strength levels, cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone. Expect muscle fatigue by the end of this class! Please be in the studio 5 minutes before the class starts. Thank you! Mosaic Team

How to prepare

Please bring appropriate clothing for exercise. Trainers to be worn in studios and functional area. Some classes (yoga, barre and pilates you may wish to bare foot): Shoes are required between changing area and studio space. Please ensure you have a padlock as we do not allow bags and coats into the teaching rooms. If you are coming for boxing classes; please bring inner gloves or straps with you; these can be purchased in the gym. If you are running late, you may be refused entry to the class for health and safety reasons.

How to get there

Come our of Chalk Farm Station turn left. Cross over the road and walk past Evans Cycles. We are in the gated ground just past Evans Cycles, opposite The Roundhouse.

Great workout. Feeling awesome!

Instructor was great and very encouraging. Im a newbie and Adriana made me feel very welcome. Class had good pace. The studio is ok. I thought wed wipe the mats after weve used them but I didnt see - maybe they did... There are random things left in the changing room lockers which I found strange. Would come again though. 45 min of a good workout.

Oliana was realy great at adjusting your technique during the class - the class was good paced and clear. There could have been some music though to keep the energy up!

Tough circuits. The instructor wasn't particularly friendly or welcoming to new people but did a really good job of explaining each move and supporting everyone on technique as they went around

a lot of the exercises were really hard and with each section being so quick you didn't get a chance to learn or get better. Felt very demotivated and like I didn't get a good workout

Really good cardio and full body work out. Trainer oliana was excellent, explained things well and was super motivated. Definitely recommend this class for those that feel like a cardio challenge. Studio and facilities are lovely as well. Reception staff are awesome, nice and super informative. Will definitely go again

What is ClassPass?
