About this class

The original LES MILLS™ barbell class will sculpt; tone and strengthen your entire body fast, as it challenges all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift and curl. Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you'll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle. The cutting-edge BODYPUMP™ choreography, and chart-topping music is refreshed every three months, so with your choice of weight and highly-trained instructors you can get the results you've been looking for! How to prepare

Please bring appropriate clothing for exercise. Trainers to be worn in studios and functional area. Some classes (yoga, barre and pilates you may wish to bare foot): Shoes are required between changing area and studio space. Please ensure you have a padlock as we do not allow bags and coats into the teaching rooms. If you are coming for boxing classes; please bring inner gloves or straps with you; these can be purchased in the gym. If you are running late, you may be refused entry to the class for health and safety reasons.

How to get there

Come our of Chalk Farm Station turn left. Cross over the road and walk past Evans Cycles. We are in the gated ground just past Evans Cycles, opposite The Roundhouse.

This class was the closest to the original Les Mills Body Pump I’ve ever experienced outside an NZ Les Mills gym, and I’ve been to MANY! Cédric was amazing with loads of energy and created a class that motivated everyone to work hard while giving the right amount of explanation to get everything right. I will recommend his sessions to everyone who’s been asking for the best London based LM body pump classes! *****

This is a great strength training class, hitting all body parts. However, if you are looking for personal corrections, encouragement etc, this is not the class for you.

Good lunchtime class! Quite crowded, with the instructor using a mic that was a bit too loud. Good workout though, Id go again.

What is ClassPass?
