Build your ideal body in this challenging, safe, progressive, and high intensity workout that teaches participants how to use their bodies efficiently. Combine full-body strength training, jumping and agility drills, and core movements designed to test your speed, balance strength and endurance.Combines strength, power, conditioning, and core exercises and varied functional movements performed at high intensities for short bursts of time (otherwise know as sprint intervals).These workouts are highly effective in terms of improved fitness, weight loss, core strength, and stability.Increase your resting metabolism following each workout to help you drop body fat.

How to prepare
If you're new to the studio, please plan to be at least 5 minutes early to fill out our waiver. Wear athletic clothes and shoes suitable for jumping, lifting weights, and running. Please alert your instructor to any injuries or limitations before class starts.
How to get there
We have a parking lot with several free spaces and free street parking is available in front of (and around the block from) the studio. Please note: The Fitness Lab is located at 4930 Leary Ave Northwest (not Leary Way).
