About this class

This class is an extended version of our boot camp classes designed for those who ran out of time to get that last workout in during the week or simply for those who want to get an extra high intensity metabolic workout in on the weekend. It is a high intensity one hour class, but it is designed it to accommodate all fitness levels. Class utilizes equipment like rowers, kettlebells, trx straps, sandbags, battleropes, medicine balls, resistance bands, boxing bags, stability balls, gliders and much more. Please arrive about 10 minutes early.

How to prepare

Please arrive about 10 minutes early to get yourself situated. Please bring clean indoor shoes. May also bring water and towel, but both are provided at the gym if needed.

How to get there

Both a parking lot and street parking is available at our location. Studio gym is on the second floor in Unit 220.

What is ClassPass?
