Really good sweat session, but I wish there was more of an order to the class. Maybe having an area where they write the moves. Otherwise, it felt a little disorganized. But once we got going it was fine. I burned about 500 calories.

SUCH a great class! The instructor gives great corrections and you will leave drenched in sweat. Full body workout for sure.

They rent yoga mats and towels or you can bring your own. Please bring cycle shoes with SPD clips or you can wear street shoes. Please bring an ANT+ heart rate monitor for all Athletic Performance Training classes or buy one at the front desk.
