About this class

Dailey Cycle fuses the body sculpting and flexibility aspects of The Dailey Method with the cardiovascular benefits of indoor cycling. The format includes 40 minutes on the bike and 20 minutes of upper body toning, core strengthening and stretching. With The Dailey Method’s signature focus on alignment and form, this class delivers a balanced, full-body workout resulting in a high calorie burn.

Please bring socks!! If you are taking Dailey Cycle please also bring runners and a water bottle.

How to get there

Please arrive 10 minutes for Barre Class and 15 minutes for Dailey Cycle. For Daily Cycle, please bring tennis shoes and water.

best class I've taken in all of Vancouver. perfect combo between cardio, stretch and muscle building. The music is set just right for the spinning portion. the instructor was kind and caring. unfortunately, the studio only has another two weeks of operation before is closes.

Class was high energy which is awesome. However, the screen of the bike I was using kept turning off and resetting which made it difficult to keep track of speed and progress in class. Also, I had told the instructor about an injury and she said she’d help me modify the upper body exercises but she told me to just wait while everyone else was doing the exercises that I couldn’t, which was disappointing.

What is ClassPass?
