Enjoy a fun, energizing and uplifting introduction to the basics of Dailey Cycle and benefit from the cardio component of cycle classes. 40 minutes Cycle, 20 minutes lengthening, stretching and gentle core conditioning.

Please bring socks!! If you are taking Dailey Cycle please also bring runners and a water bottle.

How to get there

Please arrive 10 minutes for Barre Class and 15 minutes for Dailey Cycle. For Daily Cycle, please bring tennis shoes and water.

Instructor is quite all over the place with going to the back and changing the music all the time and not really focussed on the class. Her instruction could use a lot more work including being much more concise and less verbose as well as much more clear as most of the time she was actually quite confusing.

I absolutely loved it! 2 thumbs up! My new obsession :) Pauline was so energetic and motivating. It was my very first spin class and everyone was super nice and supportive. From the moment I walked in, till the moment I walked out, I really felt the love. Great community they have there.

I didn't get the warmest of welcomes, but I was also early to the class. After telling the reception I was new to the class, she helped me out though. The class was a good sweat, and Pauline was a great, upbeat instructor.

What is ClassPass?
