About this class

This class is good for all levels of clients. The cueing and pacing is relatively quick but options and modifications are given regularly to enable all clients to be successful. Clients are encouraged to work at their own level and to make the positioning the priority for each exercise. Movement is layered on after form and alignment is perfected. This is the ideal class to work on perfecting your practice while continuing to be challenged.

Please bring socks!! If you are taking Dailey Cycle please also bring runners and a water bottle.

How to get there

Please arrive 10 minutes for Barre Class and 15 minutes for Dailey Cycle. For Daily Cycle, please bring tennis shoes and water.

Great enthusiastic instructor but the new saddles at method kits are not at all comfortable. Ugh. Already got a saddle sore as did my friend. Please bring back the old saddles!!!! ????

What is ClassPass?
