How it works

About this class

This class is good for all levels of clients. The cuing and pacing is relatively quick but options and modifications are given regularly to enable all clients to be successful. Students are encouraged to work at their own level and to make the positioning the priority for each exercise. Movement is layered on after form and alignment is perfected. This is the ideal class to work on perfecting your practice while continuing to be challenged.

Dailey Barre with Camille
Upbeat, engaging and calming voice! Camille creates a warm and welcoming environment with positive energy. Her verbal cues are easy to follow and flows well.
Dailey Barre with Jeanette
So hard in a good way. Great instructor
Dailey Barre with Jennifer
Incredible cueing and descriptive language to immediately increase your body awareness and access muscles that are rarely, if ever, touched. Clean studio, friendly students, and a majorly intense workout if you are paying attention.
Dailey Barre with Jeanette
Jeanette will make your legs tremble and you will literally feel the burn and heat working at your legs while youre at the barre or planking doing small micro movements. It truly does work!

great class. teacher was very helpful. the class was hard in the best way!
Dailey Barre with Camille
Great class! Camille addressed all levels. I'm a beginner who hasn't worked out in a long time. Although the class is hard you (and others) can keep up at your own pace. It was also very fun!
Dailey Barre with Jeanette
Jeanette is the best teacher! Her classes are very challenging and will make you sweat and burn!!
Dailey Barre with Jeanette
Jeanette is the best teacher at Dailey Method! Your legs will shake, you will sweat, your legs and quads will scream at you! This is a good thing.
Dailey Barre with Camille
Camille was awesome! I wish the studio had barres at slightly varied heights to accommodate taller people, but the class itself was really challenging and a great sweat.

Really wanted to like this class since it's a convenient location but the instructor was WAY too aggressive. I didn't like the way she'd just grab and pull on your head out of nowhere if she wanted it adjusted or use me an as example for what not to do..."when I say hips width apart, this is what I mean" while kicking my feet apart. I especially disliked the couple of comments she made about my form and how "they don't do things that way at this studio." I'm assuming she saw my socks from a different studio but felt her comments were snide remarks rather than helpful. And let me say, I'm all for the adjustments at barre studios and understand how important form is but there's a way to do it so students don't feel picked on! I've been to about 70+ classes at different brands of barre studios (Pure Barre, Bar Method, Pop Physique, other Dailey Method locations) and have never felt so picked on with ZERO encouragement from an instructor. All around, just not a very good experience. :(
