This one hour class fuses the body sculpting and flexibility aspects of The Dailey Method with the cardiovascular benefits of indoor cycling. This format includes 40 minutes of heart pounding, spirit lifting, beat driven cycling and 20 minutes of upper body toning, core strengthening and stretching off the bike. With The Dailey Method’s signature focus on alignment and form, this class delivers a balanced, full-body workout resulting in high calorie burn. Bring your cycle shoes (SPD clips) if you have them or tennis shoes.

How to prepare
Please wear clothing that is comfortable to move in. You'll need grippy socks for Barre class, but if you don't have a pair don't worry, we have some for sale in the studio. If you have cycle shoes (SPD clips) bring them for Cycle classes or your tennis shoes. We encourage the use of reusable water bottles and have a water cooler on site. We also provide towels in case you get sweaty or want to shower after class.
