About this class

Dailey Cycle fuses the body sculpting and flexibility aspects of The Dailey Method with the cardiovascular benefits of indoor cycling. The format includes 40 minutes on the bike and 20 minutes of upper body toning, core strengthening and stretching. With The Dailey Method’s signature focus on alignment and form, this class delivers a balanced, full-body workout resulting in a high calorie burn. Please arrive minimum 10 minutes before the start of class. Note that if you have not checked in 5 minutes before the start of class, your bike may be given away to a student on the wait list. No students will be allowed to enter a class more than 3 minutes after it has begun, both for safety reasons and because it is disruptive to class.

How to prepare

You must arrive at least 10 minutes early to fill out the required class waiver, otherwise you will not be permitted to participate in class. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Preferably not too loose or baggy so teachers are able to see your alignment and form. Socks are required, and you can also purchase their trademark Dailey Method grip socks at the studio.

How to get there

We are located one block east of Good Earth Market in Fairfax on Sir Francis Drake Blvd. We have limited parking onsite next to our building. Otherwise there is plenty of parking available on the streets nearby.

The instructor was absolutely wonderful, but I didn’t really feel welcomed by the other women in the class. I know that this isn’t the studio’s fault, but I do think that they could foster a greater sense of community amongst people in their classes. Not sure if I’ll go back to this location, but I loved the workout and really liked the instructor.

What is ClassPass?
