About this class

The class is a faster paced, 45-minute Dailey Method class that combines periods of high and low intensity movement for optimal cardiovascular results. The heart rate is elevated and brought down throughout the class, while recovery periods remain active. The interval training and fun, upbeat music give you the power and energy to bring your best to the more intense portions of The Dailey Method.

Tough but effective and fun fast paced workout!

Harder than expected which was good! Really hard on the legs and thighs and really felt it after which was great, but it was still easy enough to pick up things and not feel completely lost as a first timer.

How to prepare

Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Preferably not too loose or baggy so teachers are able to see your alignment and form. Socks are required, and you can also purchase their trademark Dailey Method grip socks at the studio.

How to get there

We are located in the outside courtyard in the center of the block off Spear Street. Valet parking in the building is available at these times ONLY - no exceptions: M-F before 9am and after 5pm - $4 for 2 hours Weekends - available for all classes - $4 for 1.5 hours The validation for the discounted rate must be purchased at our front desk.

What is ClassPass?
