About this class

An ideal class for students that are new to The Dailey Method and for experienced students that want a truly focused workout. This class allows for time to assimilate the name and basic alignment principles for each exercise. There are less variations taught and more holds and cuing so that clients can truly understand each position, why they are doing it and how to refine their own alignment within each exercise. This is incredibly beneficial education for the newer and experienced students to improve their own practice.

Instructor was awesome and took the time to make me feel comfortable and using the right form throughout the class.

It might be that this instructor is relatively new but during the middle of each sequence she kept cueing the opposite direction of what we were doing (down when it should have been up, or in vs. out) so it became confusing. Otherwise good class

How to prepare

Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Preferably not too loose or baggy so teachers are able to see your alignment and form. Socks are required, and you can also purchase their trademark Dailey Method grip socks at the studio.

How to get there

We are located in the outside courtyard in the center of the block off Spear Street. Valet parking in the building is available at these times ONLY - no exceptions: M-F before 9am and after 5pm - $4 for 2 hours Weekends - available for all classes - $4 for 1.5 hours The validation for the discounted rate must be purchased at our front desk.

What is ClassPass?
