About this class

An ideal class for students that are new to The Dailey Method and for experienced students that want a truly focused workout. This class allows for time to assimilate the name and basic alignment principles for each exercise. There are less variations taught and more holds and cuing so that clients can truly understand each position, why they are doing it and how to refine their own alignment within each exercise. This is incredibly beneficial education for the newer and experienced students to improve their own practice.

Dailey Basics with Camille
Instructor was awesome and took the time to make me feel comfortable and using the right form throughout the class.
Dailey Basics with Meghan
It might be that this instructor is relatively new but during the middle of each sequence she kept cueing the opposite direction of what we were doing (down when it should have been up, or in vs. out) so it became confusing. Otherwise good class
Dailey Basics with Brittany
Brittany is an awesome instructor, really mindful of injuries and modifications!
Dailey Basics with Chelsea
I've attended approx 7 classes. Chelsea is my favorite. Gives form tweaks for both beginners & experienced ppl. Perfect pace.
Dailey Basics with Brittany
Brittany was very attentive and the class was a good workout. Also, the locker rooms are very spacious and nice.
Dailey Basics with Jennifer
Great workout & beginner class to Barre! The studio's vibe is a little quiet and awkward, if that matters to you.
Dailey Basics with Chelsea
Class was boring and sterile. No one seemed to be having fun, including the instructor who was in autopilot
Dailey Basics with Chelsea
Good class, the instructor was clearly a pro But class was not as "basic" as I thought or hoped it would be. Seemed to be the same pace with the same amount of instruction as other classes. Nothing different for beginners.
Dailey Basics with Brittany
Brittany was very good at correcting form and making sure everyone in the class was engaged
Dailey Basics with Rachel
This was my first barre experience. Rachel was great and helped me with my posture a several times in a very constructive and friendly way. Would definitely come back!
