Dailey Fusion with Kathryn
The class was great, and challenging. The studio was warm, welcoming and very clean. However, when the teacher encouraged us to stretch or to breathe in and out she gave us less than a second. If I was taking breaths following her cues of timing I would be hyperventilating. I enjoy the feeling of a deep stretch after exhausting my muscles and the stretches last less than 10 seconds. It all felt really rushed. Additionally this teacher was constantly adjusting me. She didnt even ask me if it was ok if she touches me.Im pretty experienced with barre, and I dont mind adjustments once in a while, but this was overkill. I came to workout and to get out of my head since Ive been so stressed lately, and I really wanted to be left alone.
Dailey Fusion with Kathryn
Kathryn was a good instructor, very warm and upbeat. I would have liked her to go around the class to make little corrections in posture more - she came around once. The music selection was good, but often times we were off beat which could be a little confusing. I overheard people talking about how insanely difficult this class was but I didnt feel like it was THAT hard. It honestly just felt like a regular barre class at other studios I've been to. Overall I felt like I got a good workout in.

Very friendly and great workout! They also take the time to correct you if you need help with an exercise/pose.
